Together we can make a great impact for our clients at home and abroad, securing their lasting success and financial security. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the preparation, coordination and administration of Board, Management Committee and other key governance meetings. /liliPrepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, resolutions and governance documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements. /liliMaintain corporate records and support the management of legal entity governance activities for Deutsche Bank (Suisse) SA. /liliAct as a point of contact for Corporate Secretariat-related matters and coordinate requests from internal and external stakeholders. /liliSupport governance reviews, annual governance cycles and regulatory deliverables in collaboration with senior executives. /liliMonitor governance actions and ensure timely follow-up across stakeholders. /liliContribute to the continuous improvement of governance processes, controls and documentation standards. /liliSupport the Swiss COO Team on selected business, regulatory and strategic initiatives. /li /ulh3Skills /h3ulliExperience within Corporate Secretariat, Corporate Governance, Legal Entity Governance, Business Management, COO Office or a related function, preferably within Financial Services. /liliUnderstanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements within a banking or financial services environment. /liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and executive management. /liliProactive, solution-oriented and highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset. /liliAbility to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach across teams. /liliUniversity degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline. /liliFluency in English is required; German and/or French would be considered an advantage. /liliProven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows and solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI-generated outputs. /li /ulh3Well-being Benefits /h3ulliEmotionally and mentally balanced: We support you in maintaining good mental health.
