This is a key role in the executive office and requires a strong mutual sense of trust, discretion and reliability. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with a senior executive, supporting day-to-day business activities, complex stakeholder interactions and executive office priorities. We are looking for someone with a long-term perspective who is keen to grow into the role, build deep understanding of the business and provide stable, resilient and dependable support over time. /ppbResponsibilities /b /plipManage the CEO’s calendar, meetings and appointments, coordinating effectively across stakeholders and time zones. /p /lilipOrganize domestic and international travel, including itineraries and related logistics, ensuring a smooth experience. /p /lilipPrepare meeting materials, briefings, summaries and follow-up actions, including quality control of travel briefings and ensuring that the CEO is appropriately prepared for internal and external meetings. /p /lilipSupport internal communications, presentations and business correspondence, including selected client correspondence where appropriate and in line with internal standards. /p /lilipAssist with selected administrative and supervisory control activities, including tracking, coordination and follow-up of recurring executive office tasks, approvals and control-related deadlines. /p /lilipHandle highly confidential information with absolute discretion while building trusted working relationships across senior stakeholders, assistants and business teams. /p /lipbSkills /b /plipRelevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a comparable business support role, ideally in banking, financial services or another professional services environment. /p /lilipHigher education qualification in banking, finance, business administration or a related discipline, such as a banking apprenticeship, bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification. /p /lilipExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines and changing requests calmly and reliably in a fast-paced environment. /p /lilipClear communication skills and confidence interacting professionally with senior stakeholders, clients, assistants and business teams. /p /lilipProactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail, sound judgment and a high level of discretion. /p /lilipHigh reliability, resilience and emotional maturity, with the ability to remain composed under pressure and to anticipate needs before they arise. /p /lilipFluent English is required; German language skills would be a strong advantage.
