Working model: On-site/ hybrid, depending on team requirements
This position (located in Leipzig) is available as a Working Student (20 hours per week)-position or as a 3-to 5-months internship (40 hours per week) with the option to continue the employment relationship as a Working Student afterwards.
Your tasks:
Are you interested in gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources and getting to know the full range of activities within a modern HR department? As an HR Intern or Working Student, you will gain practical insights into the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to HR administration, employee support, HR systems, and project-related work. You will work closely with experienced HR colleagues and contribute to a service-oriented, reliable, and professional HR function. Meaning in detail for example:
- Assisting with onboarding activities for new employees
- Helping to prepare and maintain HR documents, employee records and data in HR systems
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, for example in the areas of employer branding, employee engagement, health management or process improvement
- Preparing presentations, summaries and research on HR-related topics
- Supporting the organization of trainings, meetings or internal HR activities
- Helping with HR reporting and structured data preparation where required
- Contributing to smooth collaboration between HR colleagues, employees and internal stakeholders

Your skills:
- You are currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Law or a related field
- You have a strong interest in people topics, HR processes and the way an HR department supports the business
- You work in a structured, reliable and detail-oriented manner
- You are confident in handling confidential information with care and discretion
- You enjoy working as part of a team and communicating with different stakeholders
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Initial experience in HR, administration, project work or a corporate environment is an advantage, but not a requirement
