Does that get you up in the morning?

• Technical Consultation: You are the first point of contact for our customers and partners, assisting them in selecting and implementing our (Managed) Security Services.
• Needs Analysis: You analyze the requirements of our customers and create customized solution proposals.
• Presentations and Demos: You present our services and solutions to customers and partners.
• Technical Support: You work closely with our sales teams and product areas to answer technical questions and continuously improve customer and partner support.
• Proof of Concept (PoC): You create and execute PoCs to demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions.
• Market Observation: You monitor developments in the IT / Cyber Security field and identify new trends and technologies.

What we’re looking for *

• A degree (STEM) or equivalent qualification forms the basis of your expertise in the field of IT and Cyber Security.
• You have acquired your in-depth knowledge in the field of IT / Cyber Security through years of work as a Pre-Sales Engineer.
• Your strong communication skills enable you to explain complex technical concepts clearly and convincingly in both German and English.
• You are a team player with a willingness to learn and develop continuously.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCNA are advantageous.
