Planning and management of short-term planning periods for cockpit and simulator training
- Adjusting the schedule to accommodate customer requests (changes, cancellations, additional needs)
- Independently coordinating the distribution of the specified quantities among the various resources, while complying with the prescribed restrictions
- Analysing and evaluating requests with regard to specified parameters
- Optimizing the allocation of newly received requests and customer inquiries
- Resolving short-term irregularities and disruptions in training operations at the planning level
- Conducting information and coordination discussions with interface partners
- Preparing statistics, reports, and analyses
- Participating in coordinating training schedules with customers and internal departments
- Collaborating in the development of quality standards for planning
Ihr Profil:
- Commercial training in the field of air transportation, degree in business administration, college or university degree in economics, or comparable qualifications
- Relevant internships or experience as an aviation business administrator or in a comparable position; many years of relevant professional experience, preferably in various planning areas, with a specialization in business administration (e.g., AKAD learning module)
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, systematic approach to work, ability to synthesize information, organizational skills, planning skills, understanding of cost-benefit analysis, communication skills
- Experience with planning and forecasting methods, statistical methods, planning subjects, and applied methods
- Organization of overall planning using IT planning tools
