Your tasks are: You work at the interface of corporate strategy, cultural development and data analysis You design, communicate and implement events and formats You analyze culture KPIs and prepare figures, data and facts to measure success You scale central focus topics in order to anchor them sustainably in the company You create presentations, reports and decision-making bases for management and stakeholders You will further develop your strategic expertise and gain insights into modern cultural and transformation work Behind the scenes Become part of our dedicated team!
