(Senior) Operational Key Account Manager (m/f/diverse) in Neu-Isenburg

- Act as the primary operational contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring successful end-to-end implementation, stabilization, and continuous operational management. - Design and price operational transport solutions for regular business requests, balancing customer requirements, service quality, operational feasibility, and profitability. - Support customer tenders from an operational perspective. - Create and maintain SOPs with clear operational instructions for Customer Service Teams. - Monitor and optimize profitability and service quality in collaboration with t:m interfaces. - Prepare for and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and other operational meetings with customers. - Identify and implement operational process improvements. - Provide operational project support. Ihr Profil: - Bachelor’s degree + 5 years, Master’s + 3 years, or vocational training + 8 years of relevant logistics experience. - Ideally, several years of experience in handling and managing radioactive and/or temperature-controlled shipments in the Life Sciences sector, including a good understanding of the related operational and regulatory requirements (esp. GDP). - Fluent in English. - Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent proficiency in MS Excel and ideally MS Power BI. - Independent, solution-oriented and pragmatic approach, with strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent intercultural and communication skills to work effectively in a matrix organization. - Strong negotiation skills. - Severely disabled applicants with equal aptitude are given preferential treatment.
