As Senior Strategy Manager / Executive Assistant, you will partner with the executive team to drive strategic planning, business development, and innovation. You will support key decisions, lead cross-functional initiatives, foster process excellence, and help shape the company’s future direction. - Define and drive the company’s commercial, customer experience, and overall business strategy, ensuring clear direction, alignment, and execution. - Analyze market trends, competitors, performance, and innovation opportunities to identify growth potential, new markets, and efficiency improvements. - Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, align stakeholders, establish KPIs, and monitor strategic initiative performance through data-driven reporting. - Connect long-term strategy with annual and quarterly objectives, ensuring a transparent target-setting and steering process. - Advise executive leadership on strategic priorities, decision-making, and execution while leading key strategic projects from concept to implementation. Ihr Profil: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or a related field, with 5+ years in strategy, business development, or consulting, plus operational experience in a core tour operator function (ideally Product Management). - Strong knowledge of strategic planning, company steering, and process management, combined with a data-driven mindset and the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence senior leaders, lead cross-functional teams, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Passion for innovation, process optimization, and automation, with the ability to drive continuous improvement across the organization
