Your tasks as Junior Internal Communications Specialist Maintain and optimize Staffbase content (accuracy, completeness, linking structure). Analyze feedback and usage data to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities. Support AI assisted content creation, prompting, and optimization. Contribute to structuring the internal communications ecosystem for better navigation and search. Create and adapt simple visual and editorial content (e.g. via Canva, digital signage formats). Translate complex content into clear, engaging, and accessible formats.
