You are responsible for process consulting and requirements analysis in order to develop tailor-made solution designs based on your expertise in ServiceNow ITSM & FSM and ServiceNow CSA. They carry out implementations and support our customers from conception to successful implementation. In doing so, you use agile methods (e.g. Scrum) and maintain close customer communication in order to drive projects forward in a targeted manner and create sustainable added value.
