## About the Position**Mergers and Acquisitions Manager**, you will be at the forefront of our most impactful projects, playing a crucial role in our Corporate Finance and Strategy endeavors. This full-time position, based in our Bonn office, offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in M&A, Private Equity, and Corporate Strategy, with a strong emphasis on the dynamic infrastructure sector.You will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing complex transactions, leveraging your excellent analytical and financial modeling skills. Your entrepreneurial drive, sharp business acumen, and strong communication abilities will be key as you contribute to strategic decision-making and project management.
