For talents with an entrepreneurial mindset and the courage to shape the future, the 18-month "Start up!" Trainee Program offers space to learn and develop. We offer you a broad spectrum of insights into our organization, as well as the opportunity to leave your comfort zone and explore new topics in order to reach your full potential. Hit the ground running and steer your own career! You will complete 5 project assignments: the first within Finance & Data Science. Afterwards, you can select your subsequent projects individually across the entire group. Step out of your comfort zone! After your first assignment, you decide which topics you want to dive deeper into. During the program, we want you to leave your comfort zone and explore new fields within Deutsche Telekom. We will support you with an extensive network. Expand your network and experience the trainee community! Fridays are reserved for "Magenta Friday." All trainees come together to work on strategic, innovative growth topics outside of their project assignments. Trainees work in different teams to organize events, promote their further development, or contribute to social initiatives. Go international! A leading digital telecommunications company without international experience? Never! One of your 3‑month assignments will be abroad. You decide which country and city yourself. Turn data into intelligent solutions: Apply Data Science and AI methods such as machine learning, time‑series forecasting, Generative AI and advanced analytics to solve real‑world Finance challenges and contribute to scalable, customer‑centric solutions.
