**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage personnel and technical teams within the scope of leadership principles, serving as the main contact for complex issues with decision-making authority.
- Responsible for sales and revenue targets.
- Oversee recruitment, team organization, motivation, training, and talent development.
- Cascade corporate sales strategies and develop policies related to the role.
- Optimize task areas using KPIs, improve process efficiency, and manage budgets and sales planning.
- Represent results to upper management and participate in projects.
- Manage all sales activities for IoT acquisition and new business in Germany, excluding Automotive OEM customers.
- Coordinate closely with other sales divisions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for IoT sales in Germany.
**Profile:**
- Degree in Business Administration or similar qualification.
- Extensive experience in IoT/M2M environment.
- Proven experience in sales planning, management, and consulting.
- Holistic approach to business and sales.
- Deep knowledge of budget and cost management.
- Experience with traditional and agile collaboration, especially managing large projects.
- Experience leading strategic projects in international and intercultural settings.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Preference for disabled candidates with equal qualifications.
