Help shape the voice of deutschtec.ai, a leading AI app that brings multiple AI models together in one place.
We're looking for someone to set the direction, grow our visibility, and build an engaged community.
What you'll do
- Lead our social strategy: Decide what we post, where, and why. Build the content plan and give our creative team clear briefs and constructive feedback.
- Own X: Write and publish regularly, follow AI news and trends, and join relevant conversations as they happen.
- Drive growth: Identify the formats, hooks, creators, and collaborations that increase reach, engagement, and app adoption.
- Manage our community: Respond to comments, replies, mentions, and DMs in a tone suited to each platform.
- Shape our brand voice: Keep our content clear, engaging, and consistent across channels.
- Create when it matters: Make quick edits, produce content with AI tools, and respond to timely opportunities.
- Bring personality: Being comfortable on camera, using your voice, or creating with an AI avatar is a plus.
- Measure and improve: Track performance, test ideas, and turn insights into better content and stronger results.
What we're looking for
- Daily engagement with users, similar accounts and track and report trends and adjust social marketing strategy based on daily observations.
- P roven experience creating content, managing social accounts, or growing online communities.
- A portfolio showing your contribution and measurable results.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt your tone to different platforms and audiences.
- Comfortable communicating for team meetings and collaboration.
- A strong understanding of X and how conversations develop on the platform.
- Confidence using AI tools and editing apps such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Creative judgment backed by data.
- Initiative: you propose ideas, run experiments, and take ownership.
