About the Role
DevanSol Global is recruiting experienced 6G Pipe Welders for industrial projects across Europe. The role involves pipe welding and fabrication work according to approved welding procedures, technical drawings, project specifications and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pipe welding using TIG/GTAW and ARC/SMAW processes.
- Perform MIG/MAG welding where required.
- Weld carbon steel, stainless steel and other applicable materials.
- Perform welding in different positions, with strong 6G pipe welding experience preferred.
- Read and understand technical drawings and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
- Ensure weld quality meets project and inspection requirements.
- Follow workplace safety, quality and project procedures.
- Maintain proper tools, equipment and workplace housekeeping.
- Work effectively with supervisors, fitters and other project personnel.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional welding experience.
- ITI Welder qualification preferred (NCVT/SCVT).
- ITI Fitter candidates with strong welding experience may also be considered.
- Practical experience in pipe welding / industrial piping.
- TIG/GTAW and ARC/SMAW experience required.
- MIG/MAG experience is an advantage.
- 6G pipe welding experience preferred.
- Experience with carbon steel and stainless steel.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and WPS.
- Welding certificates are preferred.
- Valid passport preferred.
- Willingness to work on projects across Europe.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates may be required to undergo technical screening, document verification and practical welding assessment before final selection.
