Lead Agentic AI Engineer | Health Tech | Hybrid | Frankfurt area | €100-€120,000
I am looking for a Lead Agentic AI Engineer to arhitect, scale their AI features across their digital health platform. You will turn advanced AI concepts into safe and reliable features to help 1000s of children.
Information:
- 3 stage interivew process
- Final stage is face to face
- 3 days per week in the office
- Office is near Frankfurt (just outside)
- German skills - a bonus
- Enjoy start up/scale up environments
- Salary - €100,000-€120,000 per annum
The Role:
- Design Agentic Systems: Build robust AI agents and workflows for context-aware assistance, workflow orchestration, and personalized care
- Guarantee Safety & Compliance: Implement rigorous guardrails, explainability frameworks, and human-in-the-loop controls for regulated environments
- Drive Engineering Excellence: Establish best practices for system architecture, evaluation, monitoring, and observability
- Lead Collaboration: Partner with researchers, clinicians, and product teams while mentoring engineers
Skills:
- Several years in software/AI Engineering
- Proven experience shipping product LLM or agenctic systems
- Strong expertise in Python, LLM platforms, mulmodal AI & cloud native architectures
- Good knoweldge of distributed systems
- Exposure to the Med Tech/Health Tech space - bonus
- Strong educaitonal background in Engineering/AI etc
