I am working with an AI based business in Berlin who need a leader to join their sales team, who can not only lead from the front, support the team and taken on a lot of ownership of their sales division.
I am looking for motivated individuals who want to join a supportive environment, a fun environment, but someone who wants to take their career to that next level.
They are proven as a business and a sales team due to their success over the last few years. People also earn a lot more than the initial OTE but that is a good gauge.

- Fantastic knowledge of full sales life cycle
- Led teams in the the past (size less important)
- Interested in coaching and development - want to support the team
- Promoted more junior consultants in the past
- Hired sales people in the past
- Experienced in B2B Sales
- Solid data knowledge and monitoring team performance
