Role Overview

As a Microsoft System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. This hybrid role will require you to work both remotely and on-site, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently. Fluency in both English and German is essential for this role to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.

You will be crucial in maintaining our Azure environment, supporting infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Azure Management : Manage and maintain the company\’s Azure environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability
• Microsoft Expertise : Strong proficiency with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware and Office 365
• Infrastructure Knowledge : Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including virtualization, networking, storage, and security best practices
• Language Skills : Fluency in both English and German is required to communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
• Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Certifications : Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft
