Role Overview As a Principal Service Now Consultant, you will take a leading role in strategic and complex Service Now transformation projects, leading workshops, developing Service Now goal architectures, and taking on technical leadership responsibilities.
You will be part of an agile, European team with over 500 Tech Experts and 200 certified consultants.
Our focus is on creating impact for customers through sustainable process optimizations, excellent architecture, and scalable Service Now solutions.
What You Will Do Your tasks will include acting as Lead Architect and strategic advisor for customers, translating business strategies into scalable, secure, and sustainable Service Now solutions, accompanying international companies in the digital transformation of their IT and enterprise service processes, and taking on the role of Trusted Advisor for stakeholders up to C-level.
Why It Might Be a Fit We are looking for a visionary, advisory personality with an ownership mentality and high quality standards, who can address technical and strategic topics in a target‑oriented manner up to C-level, and has experience in leading teams, sharing knowledge, and developing consultants.
Requirements Min. 9 years of experience in the consulting or IT service industry, with at least 5 years of focus on Service Now.
Proven experience in leading large, complex, and multi‑modular Service Now implementations.
In‑depth expertise in the Service Now ecosystem, as well as in architecture, platform design, and technical implementation.
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist certification, such as CIS‑ITSM, CIS‑ITOM, or comparable.
Fundamental knowledge of Java Script, Glide API, and Web Services, such as REST and SOAP.
Secure in process modeling, process optimization, and the translation of professional requirements into technical solutions.
Very good knowledge of German and English.
Experience with agile methods, such as Scrum or Kanban.
