Your mission

We are looking for an Engineering Manager Platform to strengthen our development team at our offices in .(m/f/d)Berlin, Essen, or Munich

As an Engineering Manager (m/f/d) for our GRASP platform, you will lead a cross-functional engineering team responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality solutions to complex regulatory and risk management challenges. You will provide technical guidance while empowering your team to own delivery from planning to deployment. Your role will include shaping engineering practices, improving team performance through process optimisation, and ensuring that the team\’s output aligns with business goals.

You\’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to prioritise work, balance short- and long-term investments, and drive clarity across the organisation. A key part of your responsibility will be to foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and open communication as well as a high level of ownership.
