  1. Optimizing the customer QA processes (questions/ queries, questionnaires, agreements, complaints), including digitalization

  2. Supporting QA officers with and by working on complaints and questionnaires

  3. Performance management by analysing complaint KPIs and verify effectiveness of CAPAs (including annual reporting)

  4. Initiating and implementing structural quality improvements to improve products, services and customer experience

  5. Acting as a Business Partner for Sales department

  6. General support of the Customer QA & ESG Director
