Senior Consultant Project Management (all genders)

What You Can Expect You lead agile and hybrid digital and web development projects, primarily in the e‑commerce and automotive sectors, from conception through implementation, international rollout, and maintenance. Your role is a leadership task. As a servant leader, you coach and mentor, ensuring trust, decision clarity, and responsibility within your international team. You foster and develop your team members, helping them identify and resolve problems and conflicts. You are supported by a supervisor who provides freedom and mentorship. Together with clients, you identify expectations and requirements and are responsible for delivering goals in time, budget, and quality. Tasks include creating offers, determining staffing needs, project controlling and reporting, invoicing, and reviewing performance records. You moderate project meetings such as steering boards, sprint plannings, and other management meetings. What You Bring Along You have at least five years of substantial professional experience as a project manager in software or web development in a consulting or product‑owner role. Experience in e‑commerce and/or automotive is desirable. Experience working in agile teams using Scrum and applying agile methods is familiar to you. Experience in scaled agile projects (SAFe, LESS, Nexus) and performing various agile roles is an advantage. You love your work and transfer that passion to your team. You bring expertise in agile work and can unite international, culturally diverse, and remote teams. You have fluent German and English (at least C1) in both written and spoken form. You are ready to work from home or an office, with minimal business travel.
