DGfPI e. V. is a professional association that includes experts and institutions from across Germany and neighboring European countries. The organization actively works to improve child protection by supporting the training of professionals in various forms of neglect and emotional, physical, and sexual violence against children and adolescents. Since 2010, DGfPI has been conducting nationwide projects funded by the Federal Ministry for Education, Family, Seniors, Women and Youth (BMBFSFJ) in the fields of prevention and intervention against sexual violence towards children and adolescents.
