- Completed apprenticeship in the metalworking industry or equivalent professional experience
- Team player with a high degree of initiative, communication skills and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- High technical understanding
- Setting up, programming and operating press brakes/CNC press brakes and a laser cutting system
- Professional assembly and welding work in accordance with drawing specifications
- Maintenance, care and repair of machinery
