We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who is passionate about automation, reliability, and building robust CI/CD environments. In this role, you will work across the full software development lifecycle and serve as a key partner to development and support teams, helping ensure smooth delivery and stable operations.
You will contribute to application reliability, streamline engineering workflows, and support services following ITIL-based processes. You’ll also help drive our cloud-native journey by optimizing infrastructure, enhancing observability, and improving deployment pipelines.

- Own and improve CI/CD workflows to ensure fast, secure, and reliable deployments.
- Serve as a primary technical point of contact for application lifecycle issues and collaborate with development/support teams.
- Drive automation across build, test, release, and monitoring processes.
- Monitor infrastructure capacity and performance, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost optimization.
- Analyze logs, troubleshoot across multiple application layers, and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Provide on-call support (rotational) to ensure continuity of service for critical applications.
- Contribute to technical documentation, tooling improvements, and operational best practices.
Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:
- Hands‑on experience with Linux systems and at least one SQL database (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
- Experience with CI/CD tooling, especially Jenkins and GitHub (GitHub Actions or GitHub Enterprise).
- Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
- Experience using monitoring/observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, or similar.
- Understanding of XML, REST APIs, JSON, and basic web services concepts.
Big Pluses (Not Mandatory):
- Experience deploying and managing microservices on Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Familiarity with Java back-end or JavaScript front-end frameworks (React, Angular) to improve collaboration with development teams.
- Exposure to BI/reporting platforms such as Cognos or PowerBI.
