Your tasks
As an intern in the Data Analytics Time Management team, you will help us to improve operational processes in a data-driven way and identify new ways of utilising big data. You will prepare and analyse data and develop automated data pipelines, dashboards and machine learning algorithms to make even better use of our wealth of data. In doing so, you will help thousands of employees in their daily work and be at the centre of the boom in online retail and its impact on the sorting and delivery of letters and parcels.
Your profile
- Voluntary internship or compulsory internship or completed Bachelor’s degree, gap year or current Master’s degree with a quantitative focus, e.g. mathematics, computer science, statistics, data science or economics.
- Programming skills in Python.
- Initial experience with SQL, PowerBI and machine learning desirable.
- Analytical strength, good statistical knowledge and a keen interest in operational processes.
- Reliable team player with initiative and flexibility.
- Good knowledge of German.
