We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of EMEA Regional Quality and Performance Manager . In this position, you will play a crucial role to support our vision of becoming a great place to work for all. You will experience the fascinating complexity and broad landscape of the logistics world with many different sectors and regulations to cover, from Technology through Food to Life Science & Healthcare.

What will your responsibilities be?

1. Drive and develop quality agenda and strategy to support business growth and renewals including customer interactions.
2. Support key regional tenders, M&A, and new business including BCA sign-off.
3. Act as the subject matter expert for the EMEA Quality community and support standardization of regional processes in the regulated environment, i.e. Deviation Management, CAPA, Change Control, Audits.
4. Spearhead the development of high-quality standards for Transport in close cooperation with regional Transport and country Quality and Transport teams.
5. Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards (i.e. ISO 13485, ISO 22716) across all countries and operations, facilitating the exchange of best practices.
6. Champion the continuous improvement of Service Quality in the region, leveraging data analysis to identify trends, address issues, seize improvement opportunities, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
7. Enhance the Quality performance management system, coordinating and following up with country teams.
8. Establish strong relationships and gain insights into the interests and concerns of customers and key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Around 5 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance and operations.
2. Experience in a regulated Life Science & Healthcare environment, GDP and CSV knowledge are a Plus.
3. Strong proficiency in conducting audits and inspections, allowing you to drive continuous improvement and to identify opportunities for enhancement.
4. Excellent data analysis skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring precise and reliable data management.
5. Strong reporting skills, allowing you to effectively communicate operational data and performance metrics to stakeholders.
6. A solid background in production/operations environment, including warehousing, shipping, and transportation, enabling you to optimize operational processes and ensure seamless logistics operations.
7. Familiarity with Quality compliance requirements and regulatory standards, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and maintaining a strong culture of compliance.
8. Proficiency in gathering and analyzing feedback from customers, employees, and stakeholders, allowing you to continuously improve and adapt to their needs.
9. Scientific degree (or equivalent work experience).
10. Fluent in English both written and spoken.
