Responsibilities
- Source for qualified candidates based on approved Personnel Requisition from Site Operations within the designated lead-time for Front-liners and Officer levels.
- Coordinate with Site Leaders regarding minimum qualifications/requirements of each position to be filled up.
- Conduct preliminary interviews of Front-liners and above applicants and prepare corresponding interview profile/recommendation prior to endorsement to the Requesting Leaders.
- Follow up with Leadership decisions regarding endorsed applicants for appropriate follow-through action.
- Maintain the usage of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Make regular updates with the requesting party regarding the status of Personnel Requisition.
- Recommend, develop, and maintain effective process flow in recruitment to ensure speed and quality candidates/applicants databank for rank-and-file candidates.
- Develop and maintain linkage with schools/universities, employment agencies, and other recruitment sources in connection with continuous build-up of applicant database.
- Coordinate the advertisement of Job Openings through online recruitment or print ads, whichever is applicable and cost-effective.
- Maintain and update the active files in the applicant’s database.
- Responsible for the compliance of Recruitment Key Performance Index for the year.
- Track Recruitment KPI’s such as Time to hire, time to fill, and source of hires.
- Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates.
- Create and serve Job Offer letters and employment contracts to New Hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder, degree in Psychology, Behavioral/Social Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant degree.
- Work experience as an In-house Recruiter.
- Familiarity with full cycle recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews).
- Experience with social media recruiting.
- Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and coordinating skills.
- Knowledgeable in Recruitment metrics to track performance.
- Willingness to travel in Calabarzon, Manila, and North Luzon for recruitment activities, if needed.
- Work Location in Head Office located at City of Santa Rosa, Laguna.
