We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled M&A Professional with 2–4 years of experience in M&A, ideally gained at a top-tier Investment Bank. Main Tasks :

• Deal Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement M&A strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Lead the end-to-end deal process, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration planning.Nice to have
• Market Analysis : Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify potential acquisition or divestiture opportunities.
• Financial Modeling & Valuation : Build and analyze financial models to assess the value and impact of potential transactions on business performance.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, finance, tax, legal, etc.) and external advisors (investment banks, consultants, legal counsels) to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Risk Assessment : Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with M&A transactions, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance standards.
• Integration Planning : Support on post-merger integration processes to ensure synergies are realized and cultural alignment is achieved across merged entities.Nice to have
• Reporting & Presentation : Prepare and deliver presentations to Senior Executives and Corporate Board members on M&A opportunities, deal progress, and strategic recommendations.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on industry trends, M&A activity, and regulatory changes to proactively identify growth opportunities.

Professional Requirements:

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or Economics; MBA or certifications (CFA/CPA) preferred.
• Experience : 2-4+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate M&A.
• Technical Skills : Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methods, due diligence, and M&A legal/tax implications.
• Research Skills: comprehensive market research and competitive analysis skills
• Strategic Acumen : Ability to align M&A activities with corporate strategy, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
• Leadership & Communication : Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging senior executives and stakeholders.
• Project Management : Experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Global Expertise : Familiarity with international transactions, regulatory frameworks, and cultural dynamics in cross-border deals.
• Language Skills : Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is desirable.
