Are you a dynamic blend of creativity and tech-savviness, driven by a passion for people and innovation? Join us in a pivotal role where you’ll collaborate with global sales teams to understand customer needs and align key stakeholders. You’ll lead and orchestrate engaging customer interactions, including innovation workshops, guided tours, deep dives, and other exciting events, all at our state-of-the-art Innovation Center in Troisdorf, Germany (conveniently located between Cologne and Bonn). Principal Accountabilities:
- Workshop Facilitation: Utilize your expertise in moderating and facilitating dynamic sessions with customers, partners, and DHL experts, driving collaborative and innovative outcomes.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver personalized guided tours and in-depth explorations of our cutting-edge innovations, showcasing trends, projects, and exhibits to a diverse audience in our showroom.
- Customer Experience: Contribute to the development of immersive and state-of-the-art showroom experiences, shaping the future of our global innovation centers.
- Sustainability & Innovation Mindset: Bring your passion for driving the future of logistics, focusing on groundbreaking topics like sustainability, AI, robotics, and more.
- Event Planning: Demonstrate your detail-oriented approach and multitasking skills by coordinating and planning multiple engaging events simultaneously.
- Project Management: Ensure seamless alignment and execution of customer engagements by coordinating efforts across various business units and stakeholders
- Move with us: Join the action as we transition to our brand-new DHL Innovation Center in Troisdorf. Help us test and refine formats and processes to ensure a seamless move.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Ideally 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing or a marketing/sales role
- Ideally you bring previous experience in the logistics sector and/or knowledge about supply chains
- Experience in workshop facilitation: knowledge of various creative workshop methodologies (or a willingness to learn them) and excellent presentation skills – confidence and the ability to lead a group
- Project management and event management experience/skills are a plus!
- Fluency in business-level English; German is a plus but not required
- A fast learner – someone who can dive into topics, learn them quickly, and present on them to others
- Proactive – someone who will take initiative when they see something needs improvement and comes to the table with ideas
- Someone who has a blend of creative and analytical skills
- A team player who works well with various stakeholders in a fast-paced, global sales environment
- Curiosity for new technologies and figuring out how to incorporate them into our work
