Support the translation of global category strategy into financial plans and provide challenge to ensure investments deliver sustainable value creation.**Key accountabilities*** Partner Brand and Category teams to evaluate investment opportunities, business cases and strategic initiatives.* Support the development of financial plans by translating category, brand and strategic priorities into robust financial outcomes and forecasts.* Provide financial analysis and challenge on A&P investment, innovation initiatives and portfolio decisions to maximize return on investment.* Identify risks, opportunities and investment trade-offs, supporting resource allocation and investment reallocation decisions throughout the year.* Support disciplined budget management and financial stewardship across Brand and Category teams through robust forecasting, tracking and insight generation.# **About You****Key competencies**1.
