We are looking for an experienced and energetic Quality Management Expert to help us build up our localization R&D competence in Europe. You will be the front of the Great Wall Motors Group(GWM) and will have the dedication to technically secure our success in EU.
The goal is to make our products meet the requirement of our customers and markets in EU, as well as to forge strong relationships with partners.

Great Wall Motors (GWM) is a Chinese automobile manufacturer headquartered in Baoding and was formed in 1984 as now China's largest sport utility vehicle (SUV) and pick-up truck producer. GWM isforging the multi-brand strategy and selling passenger cars and trucks under the Great Wall brand, SUVs under the Haval and WEY brands, BEVs under the Ora brand, as well as off-road vehiclesunder the Tank brand.

Wey Automobile Deutschland GmbH is the front of the GWM group in Europe, which is not only supporting WEY but also other brands to launch successfully in the new and most challenging contingentin the automobile world.
Responsibilities
- 1. Responsible for the product quality management of EU and related markets;
- 2. Work with international development teams together, focusing on the EU and oversea specific customer requirements and standards;
- 3. In the vehicle development phase , investigate the product quality, make risk analysis, and work out technical process in cooperation withother teams;
- 4. In the after sales phase , responsible for the quality assurance, method definition, process analysis, then work together with after salesteam to find the practical solutions;
- 5. Communicate with and coordinate external resources and supports.
Requirements
- 1. Bachelor degree or above, in engineering or other comparable technical range;
- 2. At least 8 years’ practical experience of quality management, direct working experience by or for established OEM in EU is highly preferred;
- 3. Very experienced with quality topics in the development and after sales phases;
- 4. Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle homologation;
- 5. Fluently speaking English, German and Chinese skills preferred;
- 6. Positive attitude, resolute and high drive for results;
- 7. Flexible regarding travels in EU and to China in order to collaborate with other developments and for project progress.
