We are looking for an experienced and energetic Chassis and Vehicle Dynamics Expert to help us build up our localization R&D competence in Europe. You will be the front of the Great WallMotors Group (GWM) and will have the dedication to technically secure our success in EU.
The goal is to make our products meet the requirement of our customers and markets in EU, as well as to forge strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities
1. Responsibe for the chassis tuning of vehicles developed for EU and related markets;
2. Work with international development teams together for the chassis design, participate in design reviews and release of approvals;
3. Responsible for subjective and objective evaluation of driving dynamics and comfort as highly qualified specialist;
4.Plan, organize and Implement all testings required correspondingly in EU;
5.Monitor technical trends, support innovation and pre-development in the area chassis and vehicle dynamics.
Requirements
1. Master degree or above, in engineering or other comparable technical areas;
2. At least 5 years’ practical experience of chassis development, direct working experience by or for established OEM in EU is highly preferred;
3. Very experienced by chassis design and driving evaluation, comprehensive knowledge of suspension relevant dynamics, durability and NVH is highly preferred;
4. Fluently speaking English, German and Chinese skills preferred;
5. Positive attitude, resolute and high drive for results;
6. Flexible regarding travels in EU and to China in order to collaborate with other developments and for project progress.
