Responsibilities
Concept development, independent planning, implementation and follow-up of various events and international trade fair appearances, including travel (on-site implementation and support), whilst adhering to deadlines and budget requirements
Drawing up a project and budget plan, including project monitoring
Close collaboration with organisers/partners and suppliers to ensure smooth on-site operations and a professional presentation of Diamond Aircraft at various conferences, trade fairs and events
Optimisation and further development of the event strategy (in terms of organisation and content)
Strong content creation capabilities, especially in video content production such as reels, video testimonials, promotional video clips
Planning and executing professional photo & video production for marketing content
Ongoing monitoring, including generating insights through data analysis and reporting
Close collaboration with internal departments, agencies and influencers
Support with other marketing projects / administrative tasks
Handling press and public relations
Acting as the point of contact for the media and external stakeholders, and actively promoting our company’s image to the outside
Planning and producing press releases, as well as liaising with media representatives at functions and events
Skills
At least 2 years’ professional experience in marketing and public relations
Relevant degree and/or several years’ professional experience in content and event management or online marketing
Strong skills in event management and the organization of international trade shows
Planning and executing professional photo & video production for marketing content
Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1 level)
The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3.893,31 gross per month with the possibility of overpayment depending on your education, qualifications and previous experience. We can be easily reached by public transport with plenty of parking space and offer employee discounts in our in-house Katana Kafé-Restaurant.
