Responsibilities
Cold sales acquisition
Overseeing activities and performance within the responsible territory and coordination of lead generation
Development and execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets
Full responsibility for sales cycle (including price negotiations, quotations, proposals, etc.)
Agents and distributor support including training
Technical sales presentations (e.g. aircraft, mission equipment, ground stations and services)
Accompaniment of aircraft delivery and handover
Project‑ related budget tracking and reviewing
Participation at air shows, conferences and product demonstrations
Interface to engineering, production and project management during entire cycle
Skills
Successful completed technical study
Minimum 2 years of direct customer‑ related experience
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
Expertise in customer relationship management
High command of German and English (written and spoken), knowledge of other languages is an advantage
Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Microsoft Navision and Sales Force skills are an asset
Aviation experience and technical know‑how are considered a plus
Teamplayer dedicated to working interdisciplinarily
Flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 10-12 weeks p.a.)
