Responsibilities Serve as overflow support to multiple women's health practices by answering and working incoming calls and messages. Answer and triage incoming phone calls and app messages from current and new patients. Support patient scheduling, no-show and cancellation follow-up, and schedule reshuffles. Experience / Qualifications Minimum two years of medical receptionist or customer service experience and/or training. Excellent communication skills and ability to solve practical problems. Must have the ability to multitask effectively. Culture Having a growth mindset and striving for continuous learning and improvement. Positive, can-do attitude with empathy for team and clients.
