- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Advanced Practice Provider roles, including sourcing, resume review, and initial interviews.
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and elevate concerns as needed.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of dedicated women's health recruiting experience required.
- Experience recruiting CNMs and WHNPs strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools; Greenhouse experience a plus.
