This will be your job…

• Independent planning and implementation of projects in the ERP environment
• Analysis of business processes and their mapping in the ERP system
• Customer consulting with regard to technical issues
• Installation of the dicom merchandise management and PC cash register systems
• Implementation of user training at the customer’s premises
• Project documentation and maintenance of the ticket system
• Supporting development in software quality assurance and further development

• A completed vocational training is required, ideally in the IT environment

• Basic knowledge of the common Microsoft operating systems
• Experience in the design and implementation of ERP software is desirable
