You will ensure that financial processes are aligned with the company’s strategic growth objectives.International Expansion Support: As the company expands nationally and internationally, you will play a key role in supporting the growth, making sure that financial structures, systems, and processes are adapted accordingly.Digitalization & System Management: You will lead the ongoing digitalization of finance processes, especially focusing on the consolidation of the diconium Group within Workday. As a key user in Workday, you will be responsible for ensuring proper system maintenance and optimally utilizing the platform for financial management.International Interface & Coordination: You will act as the central point of contact for international subsidiaries on finance-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and support across different countries and regions.Governance & Finance Policies: You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing finance policies and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and to maintain consistency across the organization.Treasury & Cash Management: You will take charge of treasury operations, including managing bank relationships, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring liquidity. You will monitor cash management processes to ensure financial stability and cost efficiency.Consulting & Advisory: You will act as a trusted advisor to the management team, providing expert guidance on financial matters.
