As a key architecture lead at Diconium, you drive business and solution architectures for automotive-focused digital initiatives, aligning stakeholder needs with scalable enterprise designs. You play a central role in SAFe governance, guiding the transformation from concept to operational reality while ensuring consistency across programs. You collaborate across cross-functional teams to sustain architectural governance and enable digital ecosystems for customers and partners. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder management on customer and Diconium sides for organizational development and business process modeling
- Design business and solution architectures in the automotive domain based on customer and user-specific business cases
- Advance strategic development of enterprise architectures and systems used across the methodology toolbox
- Oversee realization and alignment of projects from theoretical planning to operational deployment to ensure lasting success
- Represent the architecture perspective in SAFe programme management and participate in 12‑week PI planning to clarify interdependencies across groups
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years of relevant experience as IT, system, solution, or enterprise architect in digital/e-commerce
- Experience designing digital solution architectures and understanding digital business models/economy of scale
- Expertise implementing capabilities for digitization of sales processes (subscription economy, marketplaces, customer experience platforms)
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture management methods, TOGAF, design-thinking, and moderation
- Strong German and English communication skills (min. C1 in each) and ability to convey architectural vision to stakeholders/management
