Senior Salesforce Architect at Diconium leads end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds, delivering scalable, secure solutions and governance. You provide technical leadership, shape standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into resilient blueprints. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide technology-specific architecture consulting in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing/Engagement, Platform, Data Cloud)
- Own Solution & Enterprise Architecture including data, integration, security and identity from discovery to go-live and operation
- Manage architecture governance (guard rails, standards, design reviews, naming conventions, CI/CD & DevSecOps)
- Design integrations (REST/SOAP, platform events, MuleSoft) and data models, performance, and scaling
- Moderate architecture & design sessions in agile projects; support PO/PMO; prioritize non-functional requirements
- Act as interface between customer, stakeholders and implementation team; translate goals into architecture blueprints and epics/stories
- Lead cross-functional teams; coach developers/consultants; conduct code/config reviews
- Hands-on work if required (PoCs/spikes, complex configurations, release/cutover planning, risk assurance)
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 7+ years Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in architecture/lead role
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Multi-Cloud (Sales & Service) and integration/data architecture
- Security and identity knowledge (SSO, OAuth, Auth Flows, Shield/PLS); performance optimization
- Apex, LWC and flows; test strategies; CI/CD and version management
- Strong requirements and process expertise; excellent German communication/presentation skills (C1+)
- Leadership experience in building and guiding teams; includes coaching and development
- At least 4 Salesforce certifications in Application- or System Architect areas
