What You’ll Do
- Design and execute end‑to‑end marketing cloud journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile, CloudPages, AMPscript/SSJS and SQL‑based segmentation.
- Translate business objectives into data‑driven, multichannel orchestration; define KPIs (deliverability, engagement, conversion) and measurement plans.
- Architect data and integration flows between core clouds and Marketing Cloud (Data Cloud, MC Connect, APIs, platform events); manage subscriber model, data extensions, consent & preference management (GDPR).
- Lead discovery, use‑case mapping, audience design and enablement for marketing and sales stakeholders.
- Bridge strategy, UX and technical implementation; create solution blueprints, data flows, mailings, HTML, CSS, AMPS scripts and governance guardrails.
- Engineer requirements and process analysis (lead lifecycle, campaign ops, segmentation, scoring); advise on best practices for deliverability, compliance and data quality.
- Configure, integrate, QA, test journeys and release/cutover—always focused on scalability and maintainability.
- Optional: use Interaction Studio and Datorama for real‑time use cases and marketing analytics dashboards.
What You Bring
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement) – Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact & Subscriber Model, AMPscript/SSJS, SQL; knowledge of Account Engagement (Pardot) is a plus.
- Good understanding of Core Clouds (Sales & Service) – Lead/Contact/Account/Opportunity model, Campaigns, MC Connect data sync; experience with Data Cloud a plus.
- At least three years of automotive sales & marketing project experience (OEM, importer, retail) with measurable impact on campaign performance and ROI.
- Strong requirements management skills; translate business needs into scalable, compliant marketing architectures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; fluent German (C1+).
- High analytical and abstract thinking, confident in deliverability, consent management (GDPR), data governance and performance optimisation.
- Broad knowledge of Salesforce products, APIs, integrations, basic DevOps/versioning an advantage.
- Required: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin and Consultant certifications.
- Nice to have: additional Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Consultant/Developer, Account Engagement Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant), personalisation/intelligence experience, basic Python/JS for advanced automation.
