WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Planning and Reporting:

• Development and implement the controlling strategy in line with company objectives
• Manage the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial reports, providing valuable insights to management
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing deviations and offering actionable recommendations
• Cost Controlling: Conduct cost analyses, identify savings potentials, and optimize cost structures

Process Optimization and Digitalization:

• Identify and implement process improvements within the controlling function
• Lead the digital transformation, ensuring the implementation of automation tools and modern controlling systems

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and develop the controlling team, fostering a collaborative environment
• Ensure close cooperation with other departments

Management Consulting:

• Advise senior management and other executives on financial and strategic decision-making
• Provide accurate financial analysis and recommendations to support business direction

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

Experience and Expertise:

• Degree in business, finance, or a related field with a strong focus on controlling or financial management.
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a leadership position or within a dynamic, high-growth company
• Experience leading teams and implementing strategic projects
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and investment controlling
• Experience with modern controlling tools and software, and a solid track record in process optimization

Leadership and Communication Skills:

• Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams effectively
• Ability to foster collaboration with cross-functional departments
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to articulate complex financial matters clearly
• Ability to provide sound advice and insights to management

Personal Traits:

• Self-starter with a structured, results-driven work approach
• Strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of business dynamics
