WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Create and maintain highly performant and scalable ML services and integrate models for different services in enterprise infrastructures.
- Design, build and maintain the ML CI/CD pipeline and workflows automating data collection, data analysis, experimentation, model training, model serving and monitoring in production.
- Train, evaluate and scale machine learning models.
- Interact with stakeholders to understand their needs, make recommendations and design solutions based on these.
- Implementation of ML pipelines and infrastructure.
- Contribute to new trends in development, AI & ML.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
Must haves:
- 5 or more years of relevant working experience
- Proven experience in planning, implementing and managing machine learning models and the related infrastructure
- Highly proficient with Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and scikit-learn
- Experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, GitHub, Terraform
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD and related tooling
- Experience with ETL/ELT and data transformation frameworks (e.g. Spark) as well as big data solutions (especially Databricks)
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms
- Experience in stakeholder management and direct client contact
- Effective communication skills and fluent English
Nice to have:
- Experience in data architecture and database architecture
- Experience in project management using agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum or Kanban
- Fluent in German
