WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

1. Develop strategies for renowned clients across various industries and establish the foundations for their successful implementation.
2. Depending on your experience, take on project management or project responsibility, manage client accounts, and lead acquisition activities.
3. As a Senior Manager, acquire new clients, create customized offer packages, and conduct negotiations.
4. Translate cutting-edge technology trends into innovative business ideas, derive sustainable business models and strategies, and further develop our Growth consulting focus.
5. Depending on your experience, take responsibility for subject areas, people, and the development of internal processes and methods.
6. Develop new marketing concepts and monetization options, optimize internal procedures, and oversee the establishment and development of consulting services.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

1. An above-average completed degree, ideally in business engineering, IT, or innovation.
2. Extensive expertise in CRM & Omnichannel environments, ideally with experience in Digital Commerce, demonstrated through at least 8 years of consulting and/or implementation or team involvement.
3. Familiarity with the strategic application of data in Omnichannel Commerce, CRM platforms, and Customer Engagement trends.
4. Ability to develop Customer Journeys and Customer Journey Mapping.
5. Experience with agile structures and working methods is advantageous.
6. Solid experience and enthusiasm in topics like digital business models, corporate strategy, transformation management (agile), organizational development, and AI developments.
7. Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, a results-oriented mindset.
8. A friendly, confident personality with leadership experience, strong communication and assertiveness skills in English and German (C1 level), and a curious, humorous approach.
