Documentation specialist Location: Remote Type: Full-time

Documentation Specialist to support our team by preparing, reviewing, and formatting documents such as RFP (Request for Proposal) responses; manuals and other essential documents. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English writing skills, a strong eye for detail, and experience in creating structured, compelling content that aligns with client requirements. Experience with legal documents is a plus, as this position may occasionally involve reviewing and editing legal materials.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and complete RFP responses, ensuring adherence to client specifications and deadlines

Format, edit, and proofread documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism

Write User manuals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights needed for Documentation

Review and edit legal documents (e.g., contracts, NDAs) when required, ensuring clarity and consistency

Qualifications:

Excellent written English, communication skills, and a strong proficiency in document formatting

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Plus:

Experience with RFPs, proposals, or technical documentation

Familiarity with legal documents or prior exposure to legal documentation
