THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with experience creating, implementing, and overseeing creative and successful campaigns and strategies. You will play a crucial role in increasing sales, improving client retention, and developing loyalty as a member of the team. The Digital Marketing Manager is essential in the fast-paced world of automotive brand marketing, driving strategic planning, carrying out campaigns, and evaluating results to ensure digital activities align with the overall objectives of the NIO brand.
You will create, manage, and carry out innovative digital campaigns and offers across various platforms in this vital role. As a subject matter expert, you will assist our brand with its digital marketing initiatives, emphasizing ways to increase opportunities, improve consumer engagement, enhance marketing efficacy, and promote the NIO brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Create, manage, and implement digital offers and campaigns to increase traffic, revenue, customer loyalty, and retention.
– Oversee the beginning of a digital campaign, from informing agencies to checking media schedules and ensuring timely implementation.
– Maintain standards, objectives, and policies in close collaboration with the brand and agencies.
– Identify areas for improvement, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
– Assist in managing the brand’s website to boost traffic, customer interaction, and brand recognition.
– Encourage the brand to generate its own sponsored and organic media.
– Implement best practices for digital marketing.
– Manage how digital media is used to further the brand’s product plan.
– Increase marketing efficacy by identifying immediate and long-term challenges.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for the media agency, emphasizing best practices and media efficiencies.
– Oversee the optimization testing process, including setting priorities, obtaining requirements, measuring results, and suggesting next steps.
– Plan and execute all web, social media, email, database marketing, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns.
– Monitor media plans and enhance their effectiveness.
– Ensure all campaign go-live dates are met.
– Analyze campaign results using various in-house software tools.
– Create and implement effective digital marketing promotions to support brand expansion and consumer acquisition.
– Enhance internet presence to boost consumer interaction and brand recognition.
– Use data-driven insights to optimize user funnels and improve overall campaign efficacy.
– Experiment with fresh growth tactics using cutting-edge digital marketing techniques.
SKILLS:
– Familiarity with cloud computing and digital analytics tools.
– Experience with various social media and content management systems.
– Expertise in developing digital marketing across multiple channels.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Self-motivated and capable of self-management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
– A bachelor’s degree in analytics, communications, digital marketing, or marketing.
– Minimum of six years of experience in digital marketing, with three years in the Middle East.
– Experience in automotive marketing is beneficial but not required.
– Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including digital media and a strong understanding of web analytics, CRM, and customer experience.
– Outstanding English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
– Self-driven and capable of collaborating with teams from different departments.
