Job Overview

Monitors, evaluates and continuously improves the company’s Service Supply Chain processes. Works with internal stakeholders to drive efficiencies, identify and manage risks and ensure the right balance between fulfillment and replenishment needs. Coordinates, compiles and develops demand forecasts, analyzes historical trends, tracks supplier/provider performance, customer historic and future demand, and develops process improvements. Engages with upstream and downstream parties to identify and resolve current and anticipated supply issues. Strives to maximize process effectiveness and minimize costs.
