We are looking for support for our digital/eSales team: together we design our customers‘ e-commerce presences, identify trends and master digital marketplaces to inspire customers. Are you ready to actively shape the future of retail and to influence the retail of tomorrow?
Your job content
- Customer service: You will advise our customers independently on various e-commerce and e-sales topics, particularly in the areas of marketplace performance, content creation and optimisation, and online marketing.
- Customer communication: You are the main point of contact for our customers and answer their questions on all topics related to e-commerce and digital communication.
- Teamwork: You work closely with the creative team and your customers to achieve the best possible results.
- Further education: You are motivated to continuously educate yourself, whether through training, further education or self-study, to master new technologies and channels – including, but not limited to, digital commerce and social selling.
- Future trends: You are open to and willing to work on future topics beyond the classic marketplaces and to familiarise yourself with and develop new forms of e-commerce.
- Quality management: You take control of deadlines, costs and quality to ensure our agency’s high standards.
Your profile
- Marketplace experience: You have already worked with online marketplaces, primarily with Amazon, but you are also familiar with other platforms such as eBay or Otto.
- Amazon Seller/Vendor Central knowledge: You are familiar with platforms such as Seller Central or Vendor Central and, ideally, already have practical experience in using them.
- Data understanding: You have experience in working with structured data files (e.g. inventory management spreadsheets) and have a solid understanding of the relevant data fields and their meaning.
- Platform registration and support: You have experience in registering and managing brands or products on digital platforms and are familiar with the challenges and how to deal with the respective support.
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn: You work independently, are open to new ideas and enjoy learning new functions on your own.
- Affinity for technology: New tools and technologies in the marketing and marketplace sector spark your interest.
- Analytical skills: You are experienced with analytics tools like Helium10 or similar and know how to use them effectively.
