Vice President (f/m/d) Quality Management

• Define and enforce global quality frameworks, standards, methods, and governance across hardware, software, and service offerings.
• Establish audit, monitoring, compliance, and independent assurance mechanisms for internal standards and external requirements.
• Set standards for software quality, validation, secure development, cybersecurity, and vulnerability management.
• Drive KPI-based quality performance, customer quality, warranty-cost reduction, non-quality-cost management, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen quality culture, organizational capabilities, best-practice sharing, accountability, and continuous learning across an international organization.

Who we are looking for:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a comparable field.
• Deep quality-management expertise spanning hardware, software, and services.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, testing, validation, and release processes incl. the understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements.
• Executive-level leadership with strong decision-making, implementation, customer orientation, and business insight.
• The confidence to challenge independently while building alignment across divergent interests and global teams.
